Regardless of the size of your operation, an Automatic Liquid Injection System is right for you.  An Automatic Liquid Injection System is easy to install and operate, is safe, and is extremely accurate. It saves dollars by reducing labor costs, by decreasing fuel and water consumption, and by eliminating product waste. It insures continuity of chemical cost. And, it guarantees the continuity of wash.

State-of-the-art microprocessor circuitry is utilized in all the control units. Reliable pumping technology is standard. We've developed two systems to meet the specific needs of your plant.

SMALL OPERATIONS:  UP TO 100 LBS. -For shirt laundries, OPLs, etc.

The control unit is programmable to handle more than one formula, and adaptable to the number of chemicals required per formula. In addition, there is an Exact Metering capability for each classification -for each product, so that you get a consistent, non-wasteful wash each time.

LARGE OPERATIONS: 100-1,000 LBS.-For larger laundries, especially Industrial Uniform Suppliers, Linen Suppliers, Large Hotels and Institutions.

The control unit is easily   programmable  to accommodate a number of formulas, different complexities of formulas and a number of wash wheels at the same time. It has Exact Metering for each classification-for each product. There is a low-level sensor device that automatically tells you that chemicals are running low, so that you can change drums without down-time. And, there are daily product consumption meters for each product to monitor chemical usage.
